Yesterday, if you paid attention, 600 or more Iraqi people were "rounded up"
for suspected "insurgent" activities...

Contrary to all the "hoopla" on "foreign fighters" being the problem for the
insurgency, seems that it is some of the Iraqi people who are doing the
fighting.. Where all these local "insurgents" then perhaps "resistance
fighters" (oopps wrong war, that was World War II),
were they "fighting against the aggressor" (oopps wrong war that was the
Vietnam "police action"),
were they "freedom fighters" (oops wrong war, that was the American-British
war),
were they fighting against "communist aggressors" (opps wrong war, that was
the Korean War),
hmmm, perhaps, they are "on the wrong political side" (obviously), and,
don't understand the vast benefits to be reaped under this new government
form, (no, they have intimate prior knowledge, having already lived under
Roman Rule before).

And in Afghanistan??? strangely, we find more of the same...

Yep, we are surely winning the "war on terror", at least, we are if we
listen to OUR government.

Oh wait, there is no more oil being pumped all over the world then ever
before, yet the worlds prices are higher than ever... and Iraq still isn't
rebuilt.. just where does all that Oil money go...
