Slowly the world wakes to find
 The Senate, or rather the Republicans are posed to challenge the authority of Congress to provide it's checks and balances of government by refusing some (now less than 8) judicial nominees. Much propaganda flies across the air waves claiming these poor nominees just HAVE to be placed. Claims of "bias against Christian morality and beliefs" are thrown into the melding of other frauds and false statements to make it appear the Republicans are the sword bearers for the Christians of the world.

Have Americans gone mad????? How much more of these lies and falsehoods can be accepted?


 Meanwhile, the courts in America work their dirty little political games upon the people with no one to protect them. "Radical judiciaries" bull do hickey!!!

The question that I constantly ask myeslf is this:

 We have seen the Anthrax used by supposed "terrorists" traced to the CIA, the allowance of entry of the "terrorists" of 911 tracked to the CIA failure to advise the FBI, fraudulent representations concerning supposed WMD in Iraq supposedly tracked back to the CIA, we find PRIOR to 911 Congress was debating spending CUTS for the CIA, which now has a massively increased budget. HMMMM.

 Now why does this seem a little strange to a few Americans, while most are more concerned with "gay marriage", "Christian morality", "intelligent design", and other MISDIRECTIONS, or they just don't care one way or the other....we saw the wall in Berlin torn down, yet now many are erecting or people are suggesting erecting walls in America

 Does everyone fail to understand that walls are effective at keeping people IN this country...that means YOU... have you failed to understand that you have lost more Rights in the last five years than in the last one hundred years (including the FDR era) and Congress is posed to finish you off..

 BTW: as prior Notified, USDC dismissed the Peoples' case against corruption in southern Ohio. The time limit for submission of re-consideration (due to the fraudulent statement of "no objections were filed" when the court refused to file them) is about to end (6 days). Yet due to the total LACK OF INTEREST by you, the people of America for which this was filed, I question whether I should even bother to submit the Appeal or re-consideration, or objections... tell me again why I wasted my time for you, let's see two states, Ohio AND Kentucky Supreme Courts, 6th Circuit, The Supreme Court of The United States (five atempts so far),,, 7 briefs, several hundred hours writing these,,, several years researching in Law Library archives, repository/repository library archives,,,,

Sure, let's let them create this debtors prison society again,, Hail Ceasar!!!...
