02/26/05 More unlawful activity by USDC People's Exhibits PL-20 thru 23
Well, once again USDC provides more evidence that it will do anything to
cover-up its unlawful activities.
First, one of the defendant/respondents returns (in official DCUS court envelope) their copy of the Supreme Court submission.
Then on 02/26/05 USDC returns (in official DCUS court envelope) all
submissions of the People in show of cause. Were it not for the fact, these
are criminal activities, it would be quite comical.
The complete disregard for Rules, codes, and other that these conspirators
display, is more than merely an indication of their criminal activities, it
displays how deeply involved these individuals are involved in attempting to
cover their own "tracks".
So now the People have PL-20 (the returned official Supreme Court
submission by a defendant/respondent) and PL-21 thru PL-23 (the returned
lawful submissions to DCUS which were NOT filed.
ADDED [to answer a question raised]: for above "First", using United States property (the envelope) for private personal use is an offence; using government United States Postal machine (postage) for private personal use is an offence.
