Flicking through the supposed cable News Services today (taking a short
break from site updates) I am truly appalled at what now passes for News...
most now have what could be reasonably declared as "entertainment" or "bad
sitcoms" as supposed NEWS.... investigative reporting?? exposing government
corruption??? ,,, don't what to upset the "corporate boat". the gravy train
that supplies them with their living. Rather like the Attorneys of America,,

(per question raised) As for the Supreme Court ruling on government control
of medical marijuana, I will have to read the actual ruling first... I
certainly can't rely on the News to report it properly.. the "news Castors"
all apparently have their own little agendas or thoughts to push.. It will
be interesting to see if the supposed attorneys for the realtor / petioner
applied Rights to individuals or if they used statutory by-law application,
whether state Rights were properly presented or were presented under 14th
Amendment Rights or "corporatism"..

Remember, if the attorneys cement issues INTO Law, which constitutionally
can not exist, the Law over-rules Rights in America...
