Once again, a government program is exposed which has apparently been used
to intrude into the privacy of Americans.
The media exposes this government collection of "just the phone
numbers" of phone calls placed IN AMERICA. Once again, the George Bush comes
out and spouts that "it is entirely legal" and necessary in this "War on
Terror", while the mindless drones point to the lack of attacks in America,
this program being one of the tools which has helped in this. Ah, sure it
is.

Hmm, let's see, tens of millions of monitored calls, means there must be
tens of millions of "terrorists in America". But, of course, there are... I
realize that most of America DID NOT read the Expose` of Crimes Volumes at
http://peoplescounsel.orgfree.com which explain the truth of what is
occurring in America and across the world, but if you had:
All Americans ARE the declared enemies of this UNITED STATES government as
so
declared by that government.
So following this fact; the UNITED STATES government is completely within
it's authority to monitor any and all the citizens, people, or naturalized
aliens within it's enclave territories. Whereas, the government of "The
United States of America" would be violating the constitutions, and rights
of
it's people were it to do the same.

MEANWHILE, the hawk corporatism/capitalism Senators and Representatives
come out in massed support.
In essence saying "We have every right to do as we wish to you morons and
lesser plebes, look what we do for you. Only we can understand the
importance of this. You don't understand what will happen if we don't. How
dare anyone expose these activities, how do you expect us to carry on our
anti-terrorism activities?"

Which is somewhat true. They know that the people of the world ARE
questioning the America agenda, it's actions, it's expounding on rights
while violating them in strikingly the same fashion as the dictators,
régimes, monarchies, and theocracies do to their people. They know that
hiding "torture chambers" in other nations may be lost in the busy (cough)
lives of Americans, but to the people of the world, these activities will
never be forgotten.
They know the people of the world have heard UNITED STATES condemn other
nations for failing to come to the aid of their people, but those same
people also remember seeing UNITED STATES "shovel dirt" on it's own people
when confronted with strikingly similar activities.
So how do we answer the question of how to fight this "War on Terror",
perhaps WITHIN the Law would be a good place to start.

We could expound here AGAIN on all the lies, violations of Law and rights
which has occurred during the present régime in America. We could spout
again about the new "tax breaks" given to the rich, we could redo the Oil
barren attitude leaving the lower income people choosing between food and
gasoline to get to work, but all that HAS been done here in this blog, a
number of times.

So why is it, we just do not stand back and really look at this nation,,,
is this
what we really want for our children... this ISN'T a "shepherd" benevolently
watching over it's "herd of lambs", this is the "wolf" ready to kill off the
weak and infirm, preying upon the "herd mentality" which clearly shows among
the American people.
This is the "farmer" leading cattle to it's slaughter by the nose ring.

So when is it that you out here in lala land intend to remove YOUR ring..??

Google defends privacy rights

As the government implements it's new declared power to enter into the
private lives of everyday Americans in almost every form, Google fights a
lone battle against the government. The government contends that the
information sought is to prove children access pornography in spite of site
and software controls.

The matter revolves around the supposed need by the government to access
the search engine data bases for information to investigate and/or prosecute
supposed porno sites and users. Supposedly, the government can't do as any
internet user could do, and search for these sites on it's own. It appears,
however, the government actually wants the user's addresses rather than the
sites.
For seven months Google has attempted to thwart this intrusion into it's
privately own data base.

U.S. District Judge James Ware (sitting judge on the case) prepares to
issue orders to Google for random government access to Google's data base of
search requests.
This judge should be extremely careful in the wording of this Order.
Inroads into the privacy of onliners, claimed for the most part by
government as non-existent, should be the highest concern.

Gidari (one of Google's attorneys) said the content of certain queries
often contains sensitive information about finances, Social Security numbers
and sexual preferences. That would, of course, be true for adults which may
pay for access to certain sites. If they are adults then what they access
should be the concern, not the user.

The judge asked whether Google wished to turn over site addresses or search
requests, as if either would not, in some form, give the government
information which it could not obtain on it's own.

All the other major search engines have already turned over some of the
information sought by the government, though they claim they have not
compromised their users security.

Here we find one more piece of the"train of circumstances" in this on going
change in America, from the land of the free, to the land of the monitored
and controlled.

Countdown continues - Recent Events - Patriot Act; Dubai Ports deal; government records

The countdown continues for presentation of the questions to the Supreme
Court.
There are 56 days (as of 03-09-06) left to post them to the court.

RECENT EVENTS

While the nation was directed to the Dubai Ports World deal and it's
ramifications, Congress managed to pass the Patriot Act provisions
questioned as intrusions into the private lives of Americans, making them
permanent Law.

As of this signing, Americans have massively limited rights due to
supposed security concerns, while the government has massively extended
authority in this nation.

Regretfully, these "Patriot Laws" will likely NOT be challenged for a
number of years.

During this time, Americans WILL become accustomed to these restricted
rights, and forget what they lost, supposedly for "national security", while
PROTECTING the peoples' rights. What rights would those be? Travel has been
restricted, communications restricted, property rights removed, free speech
muzzled, ...

We already have armed guards at our airports, bus terminals, subways, and
other transportation areas. We also have scanning, screening, and bodily
searches. Newer versions, supposedly less intrusive, are being developed, to
replace the "physical searches". All this sounds "reasonable" in this
supposed "terrorist environment". Yet we may have failed to realize the
prison which has essentially been created.

Moreover, if one has been keeping track, in the background, the
governments have been modifying or destroying government materials which are
claimed as "potential security risks". The actual effect, is that these are
the modified/false documents historians will use as the supposed ACTUAL
documents of this nation. Though we may "think" we know what the government
is doing presently, future investigations and history will use these
documents as the supposed "evidence". Adding in the "missing/destroyed"
documents, and no one will ever be able to factually review American
history.

Based upon this, it is not a stretch of imagination or a "conspiracy
theory", that Americans will never know the actual truth of this time
period. There have been nations which have done this before, but never this
completely. Most of those that did were overthrown and the actual history
taken from other nations historical documents. That will NOT be available to
America or it's history.

Udate on Supreme Court 2006 activity

<h1>UPDATE to 2006 address of the peoples' issues to the Supreme Court. Do
we have any authority left in America?</h1>

In case you have failed to understand what is occurring, these questions
ARE the ones which Samuel Alito was reminded of during his nomination. If
you caught it, a republican Senator did advise him that he might have
questions to answer if he was confirmed and made justice. THESE ARE THE
QUESTIONS that they were referring to.

A new set of documents have been prepared for presentation to the Supreme
Court.
 Note that the first set listed below continues under Amendment 9 and 10
authority. The second set will require you to extend a considerable amount
of time and money in their presentation.

You have the choice of which documents you wish to present if any of you
intend to continue in this matter. You have, as of 02-21-06, [ORDER date
02-03-06} 68 days maximum to get these materials before the court.
 The first, and suggested method, is the Motion for leave to submit the
people's action to the court with it's attending statement of forma
pauperis. 
 I have prepared a special non protected PDF of these documents so they
may be modified and printed. You may find it at: <a

Read the forma pauperis and you should see why it appears to be the
submission set to present. The "leave to submit" is the first step in the
Supreme Court case. All of the supporting materials have already been
briefed at the state and district court level, hence, if questioned,
direction to the existing record as fact is sufficient. As these are the
records the court is to review, the clerk may NOT preclude submission to the
court, or request they be re-briefed. That would be pre-reviewing those case
evidential materials. (prejudice)
 The documents MUST be submitted with eleven copies of each on plain
white paper with the font and format as prepared. Also, the documents must
be sent via mail to the defendant / respondent parties as so defined upon
the face of the documents.
I have no idea what the private addresses are for the defendant /
respondents. You may possibly be able to obtain such from the courts and
agencies / departments.
Note that the leave also suggest that an original action might be called
for. If the matter is accepted it will, for the most part, be handled by the
courts own attorneys. Your Briefs In Amicus Curiae may be submitted, upon
additional leave request.
 As previously stated I have no intention of paying for any more of these
submissions on your behalf. Either take some initiative and responsible
action on your own behalf, or suffer as you are. These congressional
hearings will be no more productive or helpful in controlling government or
cleaning it, than has ever occurred. 
We should also send a copy to each justice on the court in individual
enclosure. 
Therefore, 31 copies (4 pages per), plus one for return should be prepared
for the court, and sent to me so I may sign them. The address is upon the
other documents on the site in the pdfs. An additional PREPAID (you will
already know the weight) and addressed enclosure should be included. I will
mail them as soon as I sign them.
Note: to keep yourself personally out of the "fray" you may send
the copied documents with the return addrees the same as my address. I do
not need to know who you are. Nor do they.

They need not be signed by me, however, As they must be sent the same day,

The second method is to re-submit the documents previously submitted with
the $300.00 fee with forty copies of the documents. You will also have to
send a copy of these documents to each individual. The cost of this activity
will be extremely expensive as all the documents must reduced to 6 1/2
inches by 9 1/4 inches (3/4 inch border surrounding any text) on not less
than 60 lb. paper weight, bound at the left edge (booklet form).[A book or
other professional publishing agency is the normal method used to create
these special Supreme Court presentations. 
 These documents must also be served upon the defendant / respondents. 
The total cost of this submission style will be extremely expensive.

I have taken this matter "in this nation" for you, as far as possible
under the Peoples' authority. You will never have this extensive 13 year [15
year total] record of evidence to present to the court and Grand Jury again.
Nor will the briefings be as timely as they are in this time period of
apparent government corruption.

I have no intention of submitting a forma pauperis statement and motion to this rather apparently corrupt court, and I am not going to invest any further money on these issues FOR you, largely because they HAVE destroyed me financially over these last 14 years.

Remember, when criminals control the courts, there is no Law or justice, and you have ZERO freedoms or liberty, it's all one gigantic fraud.

Don't expect the Attorneys to come to your aid, most of them have their hand so deep in your pocket now, that they would not take it out if you demanded they do so. It is after all, how they make their living, defending and prosecuting you.

Yes there is massive corruption in government, but judiciary corruption can be far more directly damaging. Clean the corruption from congress and the executive branches, and you still have a corrupt government. Moreover, you have a government completely controlled by the judicial branch. (You people might want to check to see if the ones being prosecuted were NOT part of the BAR/judiciary, i.e. their not prosecuting their own. I haven't, but it is a real possibility)

Have you failed to notice that there is a tremendous push to get Alito on the bench by George and crew...(nice to have him and George's other man on the bench if this makes it to the court, wouldn't it)

Have you failed to notice the Department of Justice and the US ATTORNEYS OFFICE have also failed to provide their duties to you? Remember they received ALL the submissions, AS THEY WERE SENT TO THE COURT.. don't see them arresting all these conspirators in Ohio and the 6th Circuit, do you?..[Ohio's governor is the great grandson of a former president AND Supreme Court justice, think that might have an effect.]

Have you failed to realize that the economy is being touted as "strong and growing" while the national debt grows so rapidly and so large, that it can NEVER be repaid? Particularly if the rich don't pay the taxes they should.

Think the debt can be paid, with what?? The only thing America can supply to the financiers is it's military.[Gee wonder what that means]

More moves calculated to establish the new "STATE"

Congress continues its moves to finalize the new "STATE OF AMERICA".

A new Law is established to change the order of ascendancy to the office of the president, now the Director of Home Land Security (a non-elected official) is in line to sit the desk.

We now have the very real possibility of appointed presidents.

Meanwhile the President prepares to place his Bolton nominee into the U.N. without approval.

And let us not forget, that the conservative Senators are still threatening the "nuclear option" on the President's appointments... as if no one should question the motives, the ideals, or the qualifications of any of the appointments, or any of the bills now spewing forth in the name of "war" and "security".

Congess' highway bill is so full of pork after the "negotiations" that no one in their right mind could even begin to call this politics anymore, this is "payoff".

guise of supposed lawful activity, claiming the People have
requested an Appeal [05-3772]. There are no submissions to any
court which show-requested matter under Appeal, particularly to
the Sixth Circuit, as it is documented upon the record, of its'
apparent participation in this criminal activity.

There is, however, a demand under the Peoples' authority for
an ORDER based upon fact rather than what appears to be a
deliberate fraudulent ORDER created by co-conspirators to the
syndicated racketeering occurring in the 6^th Circuit,
under its direction and protection.

The People now direct the clerk and court to these facts:

1. At sentence two (par. 1) of body (06-23-05 document signed
by a Michelle M. Davis, some supposed Case Manager in UNITED
STATES COURT OF APPEALS) find:

"Please review the caption for accuracy; it and the case
number must appear on all filings."

Addressed to wit: Improperly, willfully, and
deliberately mis-captioned in DISTRICT COURT OF THE UNITED
STATES by clerks, and park commissioners masquerading as
judges of official capacity, who created three (or more) supposed
Plaintiff parties out of thin air to cover-up the active
participation of these named and listed defendants in apparent
syndicated racketeering and other organized criminal
activities.

In fact: a supposed lawful federal judge, a Mr. Walter
H. Rice, created an entirely new set of plaintiffs, apparently
out of his own wants and desires, not based upon the materials he
supposedly reviewed.

display of his apparent hostile attitude towards counsel of

"Before your appeal can proceed any further, the district
court is required to certify whether your appeal is taken in good
faith under ' 1915(a)(3). (blah blah)"

Here we find that named conspirators or other active
participants believe that they will, once again, force an issue;
in which they are named or indicated defendants; before
themselves; for review; of their own active participation in
syndicated racketeering and other organized crimes. Moreover,
should they find "bad faith" then the matter will not
continue.

Moreover, as the issues were brought under the inherent,
inalienable rights of the People of America to review and
potentially clean corruption from their nation (via Special
and/or Grand Jury, and, indictments) under their retained
authority of Amendments 9 and 10; these real or apparent
criminals, will "walk away" having been determined BY THEM that
the matter may not continue due to "lack of merit", or, "bad
faith", or, a failure to file a document which applies to
citizens, persons, and other legal creations. Yet has no
worth, weight, or authority, when weighed against the Peoples'
authority in their nation, and the depth of this apparent
organized criminal activity.

3. At paragraph three (3) this purported case manager show her
apparent arrogance, or makes an unqualified assumption, in which
she states:

"Procedures and filing requirements in the court of appeals
can be complicated or confusing. It is very important to read the
Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure,..."

Here is a party that has associated with a court for so long,
and with fellow officers of the court / attorneys; that she
indicates (without saying such) that:

"Here's another idiot coming to MY court, that I'm going to
have to lead by the nose, .. maybe I'll do the same as the
others, which have mishandled these 14 years of cases in evidence
upon the record... I'll have to write recommendations for a case
that would affect my CAREER and retirement..."

Peoples' counsel suggests, instead, this "manager" write the
opposing brief(s) to the seven Volumes of Expose' of
Crimes now in the record, if she feels so competent. Counsel
does have several more Volumes in mind.

As for the Rules of Court or Rules of Procedure: when it is
the judicial system, which is under review by the People, they do
not matter, because those are also under review.

Be these issues tried by the courts, or by the People, there
is now less than four years left before this world which you
think you have created and control, crashes around your ears,
that's if I had to predict.. particularly after this last "nail
in the coffin" of this new "eminent domain" Supreme Court
Ruling.. this one will rise up to haunt you..

CONCLUSION

The matter before the district court is the issuance of an
ORDER based upon fact rather than fallacy, the district court
will make such correction, so the matter might proceed according
to Law, Rule, and Right.

RELIEF

Should the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT refuse to correct it's
own unlawful, illegal activities, the circuit court will issue
mandate as required to correct this unlawful, illegal, and
apparent criminal activity in which UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
is engaged. Moreover, it will compel the lesser court to abide by
its responsibilities to the people by instituting the Special
Grand Jury to review apparent syndicated racketeering and other
organized crimes occurring in the circuit, and elsewhere.

Whereafter, the People will determine which avenue in which to
proceed.

I as flip through the various evening "News" programs, I become incredulous
with the presentations I see on a particular program.

I avoid comments on particular programs, generally, however, this show
(07-05-05) called Scarborough Country demands a comment, particularly due to
his own comment "I just don't get it". Yes, he doesn't "get it", apparently
about anything, or maybe that's more of a ruse than a true aspect, perhaps
he gets it all. All of this merely to misdirect Americans away from the
failings in Iraq and Afghanistan.

I start with the supposed Aruba matter, which he, and other former
attorney's in America are spending so much time discussing.
The supposed problems are:

1. two boys have been released which "prosecutors in America" would not have
allowed... Oh really, in America, they would NOT have been imprisoned in the
first place due to the lack of available evidence. At least NOT for the
charges under which they were being held.
SUSPICION of knowledge of a crime would have caused them to be released
after preliminary questioning, at MOST under property bond... but this is a
foreign nation, "screw those feriners". Did they lie, apparently they did,
do they HANG for lying, not in America, maybe obstruction, but not for
supposed murder, which would require a SEPARATE indictment and prosecution.

2. He then goes on to claim that the people in Aruba "must be stupid" to not
be able to recognize a "cover-up"... Let's compare Americans with Arubans,,
Americans can't recognize that the man in the office of president sits the
desk due to government and court complicity and cover-up.
Do Americans care?
Of course not, caught in the "patriotism" fraud, they look the other way...
Do Americans show a great concern for the corruption which exists within
the judicial system of America [which he was an apparent member of]?
Of course not, they have bought into the "support our troops" propaganda,
which apparently interprets into "don't look at this nations problems and
corruption, look at the world instead" or perhaps more accurately, "....
and corruption, go out and purchase more consumer goods", "and invest in
failing businesses", [which are ignoring [place screwing here] their own
employees].

3. He and some woman named Susan (a former prosecutor?) expound that "they
should be held until DNA evidence is produced".
Really, DNA from where, what body, what crime scene?
But Americans, lost in their own self importance, point their fingers at
several months of investigation in a foreign nation to establish guilt,
while it may take YEARS in America to establish CIRCUMSTANTIAL evidence for
an extremely questionable prosecution in America [how many unsolved case are
there in America???].
But this is a foreign nation, and we are AMERICA, gods gift to humanity,
the worlds best at everything...
Ah no, we just have the largest military, that DOES NOT make us the smartest
people on the planet.. to the contrary, that makes Americans BELIEVE they
are the leaders, the intellect,, though the test scores show otherwise, and
the actions show inherent stupidity...

So why do we now see all of these "children" related issues on the news,
it's not as if all of this is really new (hence News). We see this because
a certain group is instituting it's campaign to place children under
"complete government control". There was a nifty program initiated by the
UN attorneys called "The Rights of children" which has yet to be fully
instituted in America (though most has been). Are there problems with sex
offenders, ah duh yeah, but does it take a federal RULE AND LAW to correct
it, no, the states are working on it as it's discussed.. (err, unless one
looks at Florida, under Goergie's brothers control)

So, exactly how many attorneys now sit as "commentators" on supposed "News
programs"? And why? IS it because of steady income or retirement??? Yeah
sure, believe that, then believe this,,"I have this bridge for sale,
cheap!!"

Yesterday, if you paid attention, 600 or more Iraqi people were "rounded up"
for suspected "insurgent" activities...

Contrary to all the "hoopla" on "foreign fighters" being the problem for the

fighting.. Where all these local "insurgents" then perhaps "resistance
fighters" (oopps wrong war, that was World War II),
were they "fighting against the aggressor" (oopps wrong war that was the

The Senate, or rather the Republicans are posed to challenge the authority of Congress to provide it's checks and balances of government by refusing some (now less than 8) judicial nominees. Much propaganda flies across the air waves claiming these poor nominees just HAVE to be placed. Claims of "bias against Christian morality and beliefs" are thrown into the melding of other frauds and false statements to make it appear the Republicans are the sword bearers for the Christians of the world.

Have Americans gone mad????? How much more of these lies and falsehoods can be accepted?

THIS IS IMPORTANT ENOUGH I HAVE PLACED THIS ON BOTH BLOGS

Today on most of the supposed News Services and even their supposed
"financial advise" programs, a debate concerning global warming was a topic
for discussion and review.
All of these "experts" and "reporters" fail to grasp how far this goes. On
FOX Forbes program (in particular) they even tried to diminish the import by
supposedly pointing to the 70's and concern for global cooling.
HELLO, is there any intelligence out there? Global warming has, a possible outcome, as the atmosphere becomes more clogged with pollutants, a cooling effect. Sunlight will not reach the earth at the same rate as now or it has
historically. DUHHHHH Global warming means changes in climate and
temperature......
Okay, so we decrease the pollutants in the air,,, One of the most damaging
aspects of the very real "global warming" is the massive amount of heat
generated in the atmosphere by airplanes. Jet engines produce
multi-trillions of BTUs which no one appears to be overly concerned about..
as if the atmosphere can absorb all of this.
Wrong!!
As there is a barrier which keeps this from being expelled into space, the
upper atmosphere becomes warmer with each plane flight, causing increased
lower atmospheric temperatures. Moreover, if this layer becomes dense enough
(it is presently growing in depth) a thermal "barrier" is created, and the
domino effect takes hold.
Man can adopt fairly well to increases and decreases in temperature, but
what he lives on, can not. Plant life dies with just a few degree increase
or decrease in temperature. Without plant life, animal foods die. The water
life, fishes and the like, die with a few degree increase or decrease. But
who cares, apparently not to many people, or not enough to get around these
MORONS still laughing at the concerns voiced across the planet concerning
these issues.
So what does this mean for man,,, anyone remember the movie or book
"SOLIENT GREEN" (is that spelled right?). Now there is a VIABLE investment
opportunity.... let's make money on the death of mankind..... OOOOPPPSS,
most investors already are...

can begin to realize what this Republican Agenda truly is.

destruction", "radical judiciary", "Christian morality", misuse of
"filibusters", or that they "will protect Americans Rights".
 Forget the "first 100 days" garbage, what is important is the almost
five years of what, if it happened in other Nations, would be called crimes
against the people, war crimes, and institution of a totalitarian regime. We
have seen this nation institute the severest forms of "interrogation",
holding of prisoners "in limbo" or under false "pretense" without being
charged, and on and on. The feared International IDs are now a reality, the
feared permanent investigations and records of all Americans in the FBI and
CIA and elsewhere is now a reality, and so many more distinct violations of
privacy and the rights of Americans are now "reality". We see the supposed
nations "police force" now ready to "gun down" just about anyone who might
get in their way. 
 But the supposed "Democrats" fair no better, both parties have
diligently worked to allow corporate controllers, "special interest groups",
and, of course, the "world financiers" to control this nation and the future
there of... to the point of encroachment into the sovereignty of other
nations, through "covert acts", financing of "legitimate governments" while
backing groups attempting to over-throw that government, and, the actual
ability of this nation to control its own economy. 
 
 Which brings us to a possible "why" President Bush has, now on two
occasions, been left, essentially in "harms way", during supposed crisis,
such as this massively "news worthy" (cough) event with the Cessna airplane.
The Vice-President is far more connected to "those in charge of the world"
than Bush. Both are, of course, the evidence is over-whelming, but Bush
could be replaced, and the VP could then manage to control the Whitehouse
for a potential 11 year period. The constitution forbids more than two
"elected" terms, but would "not" preclude finishing a term then running for
two additional terms. But then this would be one of those "conspiracy
theories". 
 All which makes me wonder why I bother to attempt to correct this
corruption in our nation. Though the evidence exists on numerous sites of
unlawful and unconstitutional activities, including my own, the people which
I and others are attempting to protect show little interest. Many still
believe that "contact your congressman" actually works. While ignoring the
"fact" that Congress knows exactly what is going on, and working to ensure
it does... others enjoying the "benefit" of this corruption, who cares about
the future or the people that will have to live under the heady weight of
this "prisoner in your own nation" debtors prisons that have been created
here and abroad. 
 
 As an aside: the new site has had many of its files updated, and
additional materials have been added. Some of the state files, more federal
records, and some of the contacts with government have been placed "on

USDC dismisses Peoples case demanding Grand Jury to review syndicate racketeering and other cimes in 6th Circuit

On 04-27-05 USDC judge Walter H. Rice dismissed 3:04-mc-20 in southern Ohio, adopting all of the recommendations of Sharon Ovington (magistrate).

This was the case to review apparent criminal acts in Ohio, Kentucky, and the federal judicial system in the 6th Circuit. This also addressed the 2000 and 2004 elections, and apparent problems associated therewith.
Not uniquely, the judge claimed no objections were filed, yet the court refused to file the objections, under Order of Ovington. Both Ovington and Rice were kisted defendants in the case... meaning the judge sat on a case, and judged matters in which he was a named defendant. DUH, whatever could be wrong with that???

Also not unique for todays supposed judicial system, as members of the 6th Circuit were also named defendants, the matter of appeal rests in the same appellate court, before the same judges also named in the complaint.
Therefore, this is another cover-up by lifetime judges to ensure they remain in their positions, and remain unprosecuted for their unlawful activities.
Most of these magistrates and judges were placed by republican administrations... and we see a supposed resistance to appointments now in the Senate.. and whining by republicans for the hold up... as they "hold-up" America for all it has to offer.

Iraq creates the new power base for a three thousand year old style of government the area threw out.

Much touted across the world by various "leaders", "democracy" is instituted in the lands which first suffered under that style of government and rejected it.
The first question raised is how long it will take the people in the middle east to recognize that this "democracy" they may erect, is the "golden age of Rome" [Roman Empire] revisted.
Second: How long will it take them to track those presently attempting gain "control" in this "new democracy" back to England and United States?
Third: How long will it take them to throw out "democracy" for the second time?
Fourth: duh,,, what would be the fourth question???

However, someone should "shove a stick up the behinds" (to put it politely) of these "anchors",, where the heck is the real News anymore,, everythin is just something some "politician friend" or corporate exec wants created as News... or worse still, commetary for the mere sake of sensationalism, to create a story... another chapter in "The Stupification of America"..

Congress, Heros, villians

If anyone has been monitoring the US Congress (as if) they should have noted a number of rather questionable activities seem to have come to the forefront. Congress tried to block removal of feeding tube from the woman in Florida by issuing a Subpoena.. so once again we see Congress abusing its power... on the other side we see them weighing in on steroid usage,, sure let's have another federal law, which will cause more problems than it solves,,, does anybody care????

The "Hero" term has become such a widely used term now, that anyone is now a "hero" if they do anything,,, ANYTHING in America which might happen to make the News...
Where or perhaps when did doing your job make you a "hero"? When did killing, regardless of military service in support of government, become "hero" work? When did creating a new government agency make you a "hero"?
To be a "hero" prior to the "WAR" one had to actually save somone or a group of people, like a firefighter entering a burning building and saving an elderly person or child... or a police officer saving some trapped motorist from a life threatening situation.. or some every day "Joe or Joesephine" saving someone from something harmful...
So who are the heros now??? No matter how much the parents of soldiers killed in some war somewhere wish their child called a "hero", the term connotates something more...

In contrast, the world is now supposedly filled with "villians",,, those who just don't quite fit in to the "normal" outlook of society.. yet who would be a greater villian, the supposed "terrorist" or the ones who quietly corrupt governments from within? One is visible, their damage can be seen and is shown on the News. The other is unseen, hidden, working covertly to acheive private agendas,, yet possible causing more deaths, more destruction, more chaos than the visible.. here the damage is not instant, but long in exposure,,, people get used to the activity, it becomes the "norm"...
Is the world now a safer place to live in? Hardly....
Is the United States now safer,,, Hardly, yet billions have been spent,, but where?

New intrusive Laws become, after time, acceptable, no, the people foget what they lost, just the Law, unquestioned, unpatriotic to do so...
"Activists" lose their way on the way to acheiving their own goals, side track into oblivion, complacency....
And the world turns the page to "acceptable containment" called "national security"...

Let me introduce myself, I am a People's counsel, who just tried to get the
Supreme Court to review seven briefs which expose most of the issues which

Court returned the materials, which were submitted under People's authority
under Amendments 9 and 10. Issues were the people's authority to prosecute

when the government refuses to do so. Reason, it is those of government

Senate passes Bankruptcy Bill and helps to create the new indentured servant class

The Senate has passed a bill that will ensure many Americans spend the rest of their lives essentially indentured, never to relieve themselves from possible bankruptcy.. while ensuring that the corporate executives, the "rich", and of course as they will be well off when they "retire", themselves, the ability to hide money in "homestead accounts" and other loopholes only they can access.

For the regular people, we will find ourselves ever deeper in debt, though now unable to relieve ourselves from some or all of it. Medical bankrupcies, will be so hard to obtain, that they will destroy the lower and middle classes, eat up any "estates" which might have been left. Moreover, as there is no national health care, this forces families, young adults, and the elderly to choose whether to eat, live, or perhaps it's better to die, as they may no longer be able to pay the rising cost of health care, and should they live, no way to free themselves from debts they can't pay...

Let's review what this new "regime" [remember the evidence this is an unlawfully obtained election is IN the courts right now (see the web site, duh)] has or is accomplishing so far:

Social Secuity in "private accounts" so they can be wiped out by stock market crashes, and which will NEVER produce the supposed outcome, as the ecomony will be adjusted to whatever medien level is leaving the lower caste without the ability to retire;
No, or, reduced, medical bankruptcies so the poor, lower, middle classes must choose to live or die, or be stuck in a "rut" they will NEVER get out of should they have a catastrofic illness or health problems;
Cut backs (due to rising health care costs) in medicare, and medicaide, so those in need can be reduced in population do to lack of proper medicines and other;
LOTS of money for defense industries which most politicians have stock in or connections with;
New laws added to the "Patriot Act" which allow indepth investigations upon most if not all Americans (cause we are all "potential terrorists");
More attempts to Amend the Constitution beyond the marriage aspect (as if that isn't bad enough);

And on and on. (Is that "Taps" I hear in the background?)

One can hear the death rasp of a "free" America, as she returns to a "business" run indentured prison...

Nothing new or really News

I have been flicking through the supposed News channels for the last few
days searching for any notice of the People's case submitted to the Supreme
Court. Remember I submitted most of the materials directly to them prior to
the Supreme Court demand.

RESULTS: nada

Why would that be? It is certainly News worthy particularly as it does
deal with the elections last year, business, corporate matters, and numerous
other. In fact I note the site is no longer listed upon most search
engines, though it was listed upon at least 15. Not even google lists the
site anymore, as found anywhere. DMOZ was presented with the site at least 7
times now, yet still no listing. Not even when put in the unpopular
categories [activism, and other off the "norm" stuff].

So what could cause that? Perhaps (mere conjecture?) the attorneys,
government or corporations have leveraged this loss. Why would they do that?

As this case does deal with the elections, government cover-ups, taxes,
judicial misconduct and corruption, and numerous other ills in America,
these certainly are NOT what the "aristocracy" [those who actually control
us] wishes Americans or the world to be concerned with during this "war".

But wait, this "war" appears more as a corporate war, e.g. the control of
oil, American military bases in the middle east, obviously, but more
importantly perhaps, is the control of markets, and people. Not a popular
idea by any means, certainly not "patriotic", yet looking the other way
while this occurs is not our responsibility to ourselves, our children, nor
the world.

So the matters rest in the clerks office of the Supreme Court, passed
around governments and the "legal Profession". While the world goes its
merry way down the "golden path" which ends where?
Surprisingly, you, who read this are deciding this issue. Have you passed
this on to friends, others who might actually find these issues important?

Doomsday bill passes House and a new consumption tax

Once again congress shows a strange willingness to subvert the
Constitution.
The House passed a bill to make 45 days the time to hold elections should
terrorists strike and kill over a hundred of them.
Congress had tried (and will probably try again) for a constitutional
Amendment to change the replacement to "appointment of their own successor".
Why do we find all these Republican attempts to cause Amendment of the
Constitution? Because each recent Amendment attempt brings with it, its own
hidden agenda. Loss of Rights, and destruction of the body of the contract.
Placing more control in the hands of the very people who were to be limited
and constrained in their authority by the original contract.
This may also place them in the position of "target". A behind the scenes
manipulation by a close "friend" as the "successor", and an "accident", and
behold, a way to achieve elected office without election. As if its not
enough that governors and or state legislatures can already do the
replacements. Moreover, as if the country can not continue without congress
for a short period... The President already declares war whenever he feels
like it.

How much longer do we have to wait for them to try to completely re-write
the Constitution? Oh, wait, they tried that when they first gained control
of congress (104th Congress).

As if the social security reform would not cause enough harm and damage to
the middle class and poor, the federal government now wishes to place a
"consumption tax" on the national level. If it were limited to "high dollar
items" (luxury tax) it might be viable, but even then, once emplaced,
regular consumables will be taxed... food, water, where does it stop. Cuts
in Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and other... certainly will not be
where the "money" is placed. More for "defense", Home Land Security, CIA,
and "war".

A new month, Supreme Court makes a good decision for children on death row

The Supreme Court determines children committing crimes for which the death
penalty was being applied, can not be enforced.
America joins the rest of the world in this determination.

The arguments for such are rather untenable.

Many soldiers, policemen, and others who kill in the line of "work" have
difficulty dealing with what has occurred. Children obviously have no
concept of what death truly is. Most adults have difficulty accepting death,
in general, but the finality of it rarely "strikes" someone until the very
end.

Compare it to the parents in Florida, attempting to keep their grown and
married "child" alive, apparently against her former wishes, and her
husband.
Compare it with the parents of a premature or severely deformed child, who
will never be able to function (literally), or is kept alive for a few hours
or days, so new parents have a chance to adjust to the reality of the loss,
and one can find the intense desire for life humans have. If there is the
desire for those afflicted, how can there be no desire and compassion for
those gone wrong?

There must be a balance somewhere.

Having taken a life as a child, is it then growing into age [insert "label"
adult] and older intelligence that then makes one responsible for some
terrible crime, when the child had no concept or "reality" of what it was
doing? There are no "sciences" which explain this activity in children.
Perhaps its time to really apply ourselves to this problem.

When an adult keeps someone from their ultimate end, subjecting them to
unknowable hurt, pain or suffering, would this not also be a heinous act?
Yet society accepts this, the demand of the parent for a bit of time,
outweighs the pain or suffering of the child.

There are those who would say, "You have not lost someone to that type of
crime. You don't understand."
Perhaps they are right, I do not understand it in that "light", though I
have lost numerous members of my own family.
Yet, on the other hand, perhaps they should stand back, and try to remember
what life was about before the tragedy. Where did that understanding go?

REMEMBER THE SUPREME COURT WRIT IS IN, as either the demand for Writ or
original action, though no present case assignment, if anyone cares to
submit petitions in support, or, briefs.

Well, once again USDC provides more evidence that it will do anything to
cover-up its unlawful activities.
First, one of the defendant/respondents returns (in official DCUS court envelope) their copy of the Supreme Court submission.
Then on 02/26/05 USDC returns (in official DCUS court envelope) all
submissions of the People in show of cause. Were it not for the fact, these
are criminal activities, it would be quite comical.

display, is more than merely an indication of their criminal activities, it

On 02/22/05 I sent off the originating submissions to The Supreme Court of The United States of America.
Those submissions were:

DEMAND FOR WRIT OF CERTIORARI and/or other
containing Questions for impressions from the court regarding People's authority to prosecute, create Special Grand Juries, and other.

PL-1 thru PL-19 People's Exhibits re: USDC and 6th Circuit attempts to cover-up apparent racketeering and other organized criminal activities in which they appear to be participating.

Defendant/respondents were mailed copies of Writ and the cdrom supplied to Supreme Court.

DCUS was supplied with copies and cdrom, and People's Response to defendant Ovington's REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS (dismissal) concerning certification of questions to Supreme Court and creation of Special Grand Jury to review sydicated racketeering and other organized criminal activities in which USDC, 6th Circuit, and Ohio officials are apparently participating.

President, VP, Solicitor General, Attorney General were supplied via email these submissions in PDF form.

Sitting here writing the two submissions to the courts. About finished with
the Southern District of Ohio material, a restatement of what has been
submitted, to combat USDC park commissioner (magistrate) Ovington
RECOMMENDATIONS to dismiss. Has to be sent tomorrow or Monday at latest.
Finished the Writ petition, under Peoples' authority. Will be including the
district court submission. However, there are a number of other docs to

Once again I feel compelled to advise you of something important.
On your cable station today (December 22, 2004) you addressed the "yellow ribbon" magnets being used in our nation. This not the first time your agency and other "news" agencies have addressed this. Perhaps a little history is in order.

The basis for the design stems from the "Christian symbolism for Christ".
If you turn the "ribbon" sideways you will note the "fish" (fisherman of man, fish to bread/bread to fish, etc) aspect. These "ribbons" find their history, from the apparent fact, that the originators had created hundreds of thousands of the "Christ symbolism" magnets, stickers, etc. and could not "get rid of them", or perhaps, sell them fast enough. Moreover, the Christian groups, who are always looking for ways to extend their "religious beliefs" to others, keyed upon this symbolism for a very specific purpose.

If you are "old enough" or do your research, you will find something called "subliminal seduction". This is the use of symbols, or hidden symbols, or flashes of individual "frames" which were (or perhaps still are) used in advertisments, TV programs and commercials, training films (military, and elsewhere), and other areas, which work at the sub-concious level. The eyes and mind may not recognize the inclusion of these "seductions", however, the sub-concious does. Constant subjection to the subliminal materials, causes a change in the concious thought patterns which humans have. Though some are resistant, most are not.

How effective are these "seductions"? They are so successful that they are used "against terrorists", to create "terrorists", against and to create "spys", to create "military personel", against supposed "criminals" (subject someone to their supposed guilt long enough and they may begin to believe they are, particularly if they are not overly intelligent), and again, elsewhere (check the "sciences", used by the CIA and others).

In fact, if you consider the "consumerism" aspect, you can definately see the value of the seductive force of "advertisments".

You, as an international news agency, also can be used (or perhaps more accurately, are being used) for the same purpose. Constantly subjecting your viewers to the same materials, or supposed "different sides" of the same materials, cause your viewers to "accept" these materials as "fact" rather than your (and others) suppositions based upon possibly unfinished and or faulty research or evidence.

Now, compare this "ribbon seduction" to the rise in supposed "Christian morality", "fanned to a blaze" in this nation for the recent elections, "gay rights", etc., and these issues take on a "new light".
I would bet that "Christians" and these "evangelicals" actually thought they had become more "moral" on their own; not a fact based upon the information available, if one opens ones mind to the reality of the world in which we live. The religions have always saught the support from the "masses" subjected to them. They have also studied this "seduction" and definately know its worth.

Think seriously about this nations' supposed foreign "terrorist attacks" that have occurred. Although these "terrorists" have and have had access to biological and other weapons, they were not used. In the 9-11 "attack", a "tactical strike" designed specifically to limit "innocent collateral damage", was effected. We think of the horrific use of planes filled with innocent people, hitting buildings in which other innocent people were working. Yet, in this nation's wars and police actions; hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of innocent people have been killed as "collateral damage". "War" excuses nothing. These were the only "cruise missiles" available to them, to limit collateral damage.

In [just] Afghanistan and Iraq, how many thousands or hundreds of thousands of innocents were, or, are being, killed?
In Afghanistan, we will never know, those caves which were deliberately collapsed, were "ancient" "community shelters" to escape into. For thousands of years, they have been for that purpose. The world will never know how many innocents extinguished by their collapse. Those "daisy cutter bombs" preclude any digging to find out, yet we do have access to circumstantial evidence.
Entire villages may now have only a few "survivors"; or, are now inhabited by others. Most cities, villages, and towns, were "bombed into the Stone Age". Not only displacing what few people were left, but also destroying the "ancient culture" and sense of "ancient historic validity' of those people, removing their "self worth", their heritage. Destroy this, and you create something new, something without its anchor, its "value"; their "reasoning". Place an ember burning in the "soul", and forever fear what future actions may fan that to a blaze.

We, as Americans, must understand this: other nations young have come to this country as students. Not just to study in our schools, but to study America, and Americans. They believe, based upon their studies, that Americans ARE "ignorant", incapable of "sound reasoning". We have shown them that, repeatedly.
Following that reasoning: have avoided attacking the general population, believing, or knowing, it is those in world finance, world dominating corporations, and government that are the apparent problem. How long they will continue to avoid this is unknown (shortly), the people of America {and others in this world} will determine that by their conscious actions.
With all the air travel, satellites, Internet, missiles, cell phones, etceteras, this planet has become an EXTREMELY small planet. May we continue to ignore, even remotely, our "neighbors", those who share this planet with us? May we ignore the planet on which we live?
When future historians (if they get that chance) review this "barbaric" era of history, this age when man was still indiscriminately killing himself and his planet, they will be appalled at these occurrences. Those living in this period write present history, future history will be written in retrospect. Divorce oneself from today's effect, and reality smacks one in the face.

In this recent supposed investigation done concerning materials which you had presented as evidence concerning Mr. Bush's service in the National Guard you have failed to understand or properly consider what probably occurred.

Having handled court documents, and other materials for over 13 years for courts use, I can forward an idea which you may have misunderstood concerning those materials.

In all likelihood, those materials were run through an OCR (optical character recognition) program. Those programs try to change document font and format to whatever is the default for the computer or program. What may have been in typewriter format, is change to the default font and format, which make it appear to be computer generated. That is done even IF you tell the program to retain font
and format, or "frames". Repository Libraries are aware of this problem as well, hence they try to use exact scanned "pictures" to microfiche.
I have repeatedly run across this problem, when trying to create copies or duplicates of materials for court use. It is such a problem, I have stopped trying to OCR anything, and save it as a "picture" of the document with some "paint" or "publishing" program so it reflects the original exactly. However, many items used or "saved" in libraries, government offices and elsewhere, have been
OCRed, which defeats their use as "legal" reference materials.
Particularly as these programs automatically "spell check" the documents removing misspellings, and exact font and format, unless supported.
Even the courts are aware of this problem. PDF format is now used in the CM/ECF system. Used in attempt to ensure "exact originals" are entered into the records. One must be careful of this as well, for pdf "conversion" programs also try to convert to supported fonts and formats, if they can. If you wish verification, read the documentation / web material concerning CM/ECF and PDF creation /conversion.
